We are seeking one dedicated Operations Quality Technician to join a rapidly expanding medical device manufacturing environment that is investing heavily in U.S. production, global growth, and continuous product innovation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to cleanroom manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and product reliability in a highly regulated industry.

& Pay

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday – Thursday

$24.00 per hour

What You'll Do
  • Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and lot qualification activities throughout manufacturing and distribution.
  • Inspect raw materials, components, and finished medical devices to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
  • Record inspection results and enter data into electronic systems, including SAP, Oracle Agile, Electronic DHR systems, Word, and Excel.
  • Generate, review, and maintain quality system documentation such as device history records and training records.
  • Verify equipment calibration status prior to use.
  • Support notified body audits and regulatory authority inspections.
  • Maintain compliance with cGMPs, GMPs, GDPs, and GLPs.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for quality standards, material handling, and documentation practices.
  • Identify and elevate discrepancies to Quality or Operations leadership to maintain safety and compliance.
  • Maintain a cleanroom-ready work environment suitable for medical device production.
  • Assist production operations, metrology, microbiology, or related manufacturing functions as needed.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain highly accurate inspection records.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, tensile testers, video microscopes, optical gauging equipment, and stereoscopes.
  • Experience in a laboratory or medical device manufacturing environment.
  • Comfort using microscopes to inspect small components and labeling.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing up to 75% of the shift and walking at least 50% of the shift.
  • Frequent reaching above shoulder level and occasional reaching below the waist.
  • Ability to push and pull materials.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and 5-20 lbs frequently.
  • Visual acuity to inspect small parts and labeling (corrective lenses permitted).
