Kitting Specialist - Warehouse & Production Support

Location: Acton, MA

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Kitting Specialist to support warehouse and production operations in Acton, MA. This role is essential to ensuring accurate kit assembly, inventory control, and smooth distribution processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble and organize finished goods and components into production or shipping kits
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Inspect materials and completed kits to ensure quality standards
• Document discrepancies and report inventory issues
• Collaborate with Distribution, Quality, and Supply Chain Planning teams
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency

• Previous warehouse, kitting, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and training materials in English
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
