Role Overview

We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Product Analyst to empower digital product teams with actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in understanding user behavior, product performance, and overall product health across a digital ecosystem.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying patterns, and influencing product strategy through analytics and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track product performance, user experience, and outcomes.
  • Partner with product managers to define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement plans for new features and releases.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover user behavior, trends, and opportunities across the digital customer journey.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence product strategy and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and alignment with enterprise models.
  • Design and analyze metrics for A/B tests, experiments, and user research studies.
  • Monitor product health and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and emerging signals.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, roadmap decisions, and executive reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
  • Strong understanding of product and customer journey metrics (activation, conversion, retention, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a bias toward action.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with analytics and instrumentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices is a plus.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an analytics-focused role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience aggregating and connecting data across multiple systems, including CRM platforms.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple complex work streams.
