Senior Global Payroll Partner

The Senior Global Payroll Partner leads and optimizes global payroll operations, including payroll processing, time tracking, system administration, and compliance. Reporting to the Global Payroll Director, this role drives process improvement, strengthens internal controls, and ensures accurate, secure, and compliant payroll delivery across multi-site and international operations.

• Review, streamline, and enhance global payroll processes, controls, and documentation.
• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations and system improvements.
• Manage and optimize payroll and time systems (configuration, audits, reporting, troubleshooting).
• Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and tax authorities to ensure compliance and alignment with payroll policies.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Workday payroll solutions and system capabilities.
• Provide training, maintain process documentation, and support high team performance.
• Resolve payroll inquiries, ensure data integrity, and escalate issues as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement while maintaining strict confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including global or multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to implement end-to-end payroll solutions and translate business needs into operational requirements.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with complex, multi-region payroll and payroll tax compliance.
