Seeking a High-End Residential Project Manager to lead premium home renovation and addition projects on site and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners. This role combines hands‑on project leadership with client communication and jobsite coordination to deliver exceptional remodeling outcomes.
What You’ll Do as the High-End Residential Project Manager:- Act as the on‑site representative and steward of project quality and homeowner satisfaction.
- Lead daily site operations including scheduling, trade supervision, logistics, deliveries, materials, cleanliness, dust control, and protection of existing finishes.
- Manage subcontractors and trade partners to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Communicate directly and professionally with homeowners, setting expectations and responding to questions and concerns.
- Execute or oversee interior remodeling work including structural modifications, window and door changes, kitchens, finish carpentry, and millwork.
- Understand the full remodeling lifecycle and coordinate scopes even when not self‑performing all trades.
- Strong portfolio of high‑end residential remodeling work with multiple relevant projects.
- Excellent communicator with executive‑level client interaction skills.
- Proven ability to manage jobsite schedules, logistics, materials, and subcontractors independently.
- Professional presentation, integrity, and accountability on site and in homeowner communications.
- Situational awareness, problem solving, and reliable judgment on dynamic jobsite environments.
- Strong work ethic, character, and professionalism with a team‑first mindset.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Long tenure in high‑end residential remodeling environments.
- Prior experience as the sole on‑site representative on complex projects.
- Competitive hourly wage $40 - $45/hour based on experience and fit.
- Medical with 100 percent company‑paid single plan and company contribution toward family coverage.

- Mileage reimbursement when driving between sites.
