We are supporting a 19‑year‑old young man who lives at home with his family and their dog in Accrington. He enjoys cricket, snooker, Xbox gaming, and is a proud Manchester United supporter. We need an outgoing, sociable, and confident individual to provide one‑to‑one support during college hours and overnight, assisting with personal care and managing his clinical needs.

• Assist the client with bedtime routines and settling to sleep during overnight duties.
• Provide personal care and support during college hours.
• Manage clinical needs including medication, moving and handling, and use of non‑invasive ventilation, cough assist, nebulisers, and enteral feeding.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive environment, including interacting with the client’s family and pet.
• Comply with client’s preference for female staff, as requested.

• At least 3 months’ care experience.
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling.
• Clear communication skills.
• Experience with complex adult care, including non‑invasive ventilation, cough assist, nebulisers, and enteral feeding, is essential.
• Comfortable in a pet‑friendly environment.
