RG Consultancy are working with a well established manufacturing company based in Accrington who are looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their small, friendly team.
This Accounts Assistant role would report into the Finance Director and be mainly responsible for the purchase ledger whilst also getting involved in other areas of the accounts office.
Duties include:
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Posting invoices to the system
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing of payments
- Daily posting of the cashbooks in multi-currency (GBP/USD/EUR)
- Running debtor reports
- Assisting the Finance Director with preparation of month end accounts
- Adhoc cover for sales ledger and purchasing
This role is suited to an experienced Accounts Assistant and they would also consider someone looking for reduced or part-time hours.
