Axon Moore have partnered with a fantastic company in Accrington which has witnessed significant growth in recent years and, as such, are seeking an assured entry level Finance Assistant to assist the finance function.

This role will be well suited to an experienced and personable candidate who possesses exceptional organisational, numerical and computer skills, is able to communicate confidently and is capable of building long-lasting working relationships.

Key

Responsibilities and Duties:

Managing, processing and reconciling supplier invoices and payments
Proactively resolving any discrepancies or queries
Monitoring and controlling supplier costs
Managing the shared mailboxes and ensuring supplier queries are responded to in a timely manner
Creating and following up on supplier refund requests
Supporting the team with ad hoc duties

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Well organised and self-motivated with an ability to priories and manage workload
