Lead and develop the estimating team, setting standards, priorities, and best practices Own the estimating process from bid review through to final submission Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure alignment from bid to delivery Oversee supplier and subcontractor pricing, negotiations, and benchmarking Identify and manage commercial and technical risk , including compliance with industry standard Who Were Looking For Youll likely be someone who:
