Service Advisor
Basic Salary: £28,500
OTE: £34,000

Location:

Accrington

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, every other Saturday 08:00-13:00

    • Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a Car Dealership?

    Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
  • Arranging Service Department bookings.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
  • Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
    • Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
  • Must have 2-3 years' previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
  • Previous experience Upselling.
  • Full manual UK Driving Licence.
