💷 Pay Rate: Up to £36.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Lancashire County Council is looking for an experienced and passionate Children's Social Worker to join their Children's Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children,
adolescents
, and families 💙

• Carry out assessments, planning, and interventions to safeguard children and adolescents 🛡️
• Manage a caseload in line with statutory requirements and best practice 📂
• Work closely with families and multi‑agency professionals 🤝
• Complete high‑quality reports and maintain accurate case records 🖊️
• Attend meetings, reviews, and court work where required ⚖️
• Contribute to team performance and support induction of new colleagues

• Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification
• Registered with Social Work England ✅
• Previous experience within Children's Services
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures 📚
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment 🚀
