Job Brief:
The Export Logistics Admin will support the supply chain and export operations of an FMCG trading business by handling export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth execution of international orders. The role requires basic hands-on experience in export logistics, strong coordination skills, and attention to detail to ensure the timely and accurate processing of export-related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end export logistics process for FMCG products, from order confirmation to shipment dispatch.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other required shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and internal teams to ensure the timely movement of goods.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on deliveries to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of export shipments, documentation, and logistics-related data.
  • Assist in resolving shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, or logistics issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with export procedures, internal policies, and basic regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to the team regarding shipment status and logistics progress.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of basic experience in export logistics, documentation, or supply chain operations.
  • Basic knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience in FMCG trading or a similar fast-moving environment is preferred.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple parties and manage routine logistics follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, email communication).
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
