Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and optimize the movement of goods throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, internal teams, and transport providers to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries.

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and BL/AWB.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to schedule timely shipments.
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers, warehouses, or project sites.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics databases, and inventory systems.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving any transport-related issues as they arise.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international shipping and customs regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and customer service departments to streamline operations.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to avoid delays and errors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/logistics software

• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
• Exposure to furniture fittings or manufacturing supply chains
  .
• Experience handling inbound/outbound shipments and on-time delivery KPIs
  .
• Familiarity with UAE shipping and customs regulations
  .
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs regulations, and inventory management
  .
• Knowledge of vendor management, freight forwarding, and supply chain coordination
