Controller; Dispatcher - Container Terminal Operations

• Deploying ITVs and point of work allocation, to ensure earliest completion of vessel operations.
• Monitoring quay commander to avoid QC clashes, crane work queues and sequence of containers for loading and discharge.
• Ensure delays and container updates are done by hatch clerks.

• Equipment allocation in the yard by CHE range allocation.
• Ensure QC lanes are dispatched for discharge containers without delay, and the QC lanes are placed with maximum loading boxes to avoid idle STS.
• Ensure road queue is served on FIFO basis, as well as best Truck-and-Transaction turn times.

• Align with vessel and yard supervisors for appropriate crane allocation.
• Effectively communicate with vessel planners and RTG operators to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Minimum 5 years’ of hands‑on work experience in a relevant role within container terminal operations, yard CHE range, assigning POW and NAVIS XPS.
