As the Transportation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating transportation services for our healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of service. You will work closely with other departments to support our mission of delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise Transportation Operations: Oversee and coordinate daily transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle management to ensure timely and efficient services.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation operations comply with UAE regulations and healthcare industry standards, including vehicle safety and driver qualifications.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of drivers and transportation staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.Safety and Quality Control: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure the safety of passengers, staff, and vehicles. Conduct regular inspections and audits.Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the transportation budget, including cost control and resource allocation.Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare facility managers and other departments to coordinate transportation needs and resolve any issues that arise.Reporting: Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to transportation operations, including incident reports and performance metrics.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a transportation supervisory role within the UAE, preferably in the healthcare industry.Education: Relevant degree or diploma in logistics, transportation management, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE transportation regulations and healthcare transportation requirements.Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Technical
Skills:
