Requirement
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering personalized fitness training programs combined with comprehensive yoga instruction to help clients achieve their health, fitness, and mindfulness goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement customized fitness training programs tailored to individual client needs, abilities, and goals.
- Conduct group and one-on-one fitness training sessions with a focus on strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall well-being.
- Motivate and encourage clients to improve their fitness levels and maintain consistent participation.
- Promote a holistic approach to health, integrating physical exercise with mental wellness through yoga practices such as breathing techniques and meditation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and industry certifications.
- Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support fitness goals.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and continuing education programs.
- Certified Fitness Trainer qualification
- Proven experience as a fitness trainer.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and holistic wellness.
- License or Certification: CPR Certification
