As a full-time Bodytree Instructor, you set the standard for intelligent movement and client connection.
You bring calm confidence, clarity, and flow - creating classes that challenge, inspire, and leave every client feeling stronger, taller, and more connected to their body.

• Lead high-quality Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups across all levels.

• Teach with precision, flow, and progression aligned with the Bodytree Method.

• Observe, adapt, and cue intelligently to ensure safety and challenge.

• Build strong client relationships through warmth, professionalism, and presence.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, punctuality, and energy.

• Participate in ongoing training and embody the Bodytree teaching philosophy.

• Certified in Reformer Pilates (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar, or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in a boutique or premium studio.

• Deep understanding of anatomy, form, and functional cueing.

• Calm, confident communicator with refined personal presentation.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Nice to Have:
Pre/Postnatal training, background in dance or athletics, or experience creating movement content.
