Overview
Male/Female Fitness Trainers — Physical fitness Instructor duties include identifying client's exercise requirements, designing and modifying fitness tasks, and motivating clients to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Examine client's fitness level and wellness
- Identify client's exercise requirements and design tailored fitness regimens; modify plans as needed
- Track and monitor clients' progress
- Modify exercise plans based on requirements, potential injuries, or health issues
- Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
- Use fitness tools to ensure clients exercise properly and safely
- Address nutrition and health-related inquiries
- Promote health and fitness plans and membership options
- Promptly perform first aid and CPR if required
- Strictly comply with safety and hygiene standards
- 1–2 years of work experience as a Fitness Instructor or comparable duties
- Knowledge of diverse workouts and ability to adapt strategies to each client's needs
- Enthusiasm and ability to advise and motivate people
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and CPR qualification
- High School Diploma or degree in Athletics
