Backend Software Engineer - GoLang, NestJS, AWS

Core Skills & Responsibilities (Must-Have)

• Strong experience designing backend architectures using NestJS, GoLang, or hybrid microservices models
• Proven expertise in Microservices Architecture and distributed systems
• Design and develop scalable, secure middleware services and RESTful / gRPC APIs
• Strong implementation of TDD and clean coding standards
• Hands‑on experience writing unit tests (Jest for NestJS / Go testing framework for Golang)
• Build cloud‑ready services deployable on AWS (Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, etc.)
• Experience implementing production‑grade observability, monitoring, and alerting
• Identify and resolve security findings including penetration test issues, authentication/authorization gaps, and encryption requirements
• Deep understanding of secure coding guidelines and performance optimization techniques
• Deliver high-quality, bug‑free releases through strong code review practices
• Collaborate with architecture, Dev Ops, QA, and product teams to ensure end-to-end backend delivery
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in complex enterprise environments

• Experience with event‑driven architectures and asynchronous messaging
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops automation
• Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
