The project
focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, andoptimizeadministrative processes.

• Developing,maintaining, and enhancing web applications.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborating with the team to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Integrating third‑party APIs and services.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
• Implementing security and data protection measures.
• Optimizingapplication performance and scalability.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

• Experience in backend development using Python for5+ years.
• Strong experience with
  
  FastAPIfor building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands‑on experience with API gateways (e.g., Kong, WSO2) and authentication/authorization solutions (e.g.,Keycloak, Active Directory/ADFS).
• Familiarity with CDN configuration (Cloud Front, Cloudflare, Fastly, Akamai) for static assets and API edge caching.
• Experience integrating messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ) and event‑driven architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure Dev Ops).
• Backend Development:
  Python,FastAPI, REST API design and implementation.
• Microservices Architecture:
  Design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Data Management:
  Postgre
  
  SQL, Oracle PL/SQL;cachingwith Redis.
• API Documentation:
  
  OpenAPI
  3.x (Swagger), Swagger UI/Editor.
• Messaging & Integration:

• Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.4 (BPEL, OSB, Mediators, Adapters).
• Dev Ops:
  Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Postgre
  
  SQL and Oracle Database; experience with Elasticsearch.
