An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician is a highly skilled professional responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a building or facility. • Perform diagnostic tests to detect malfunctions or inefficiencies in systems.
• Ensure all systems meet operational and safety standards consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, installations, and repairs performed.
• Provide emergency repair services during system breakdowns or malfunctions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new system installations or upgrades.
• Monitor and manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies needed for tasks.
• Comply with industry codes and safety regulations in all technical activities.
• Train junior technicians and team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Recommend improvements or modifications to enhance system performance and efficiency.

• Proven experience as an MEP technician or similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and tools.
• Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to read technical blueprints.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements is crucial.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
