An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician is a highly skilled professional responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a building or facility. - Ensure all systems meet operational and safety standards consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, installations, and repairs performed.
- Provide emergency repair services during system breakdowns or malfunctions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new system installations or upgrades.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies needed for tasks.
- Comply with industry codes and safety regulations in all technical activities.
- Train junior technicians and team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Recommend improvements or modifications to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Proven experience as an MEP technician or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and tools.
- Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read technical blueprints.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements is crucial.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
