Overview
Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacement of HVAC equipment. Diagnose and fix HVAC faults, including refrigerant leaks, wiring issues, and component failures. Monitor and adjust climate control systems.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacements of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and fix HVAC faults, including refrigerant leaks, wiring issues, and component failures.
- Monitor and adjust climate control systems.
- Minimum 7 years of HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Fault rectification experience, especially in Chiller, Cold Storage, VRV/VRF, and HVAC LV Electrical Control in Facility Maintenance within UAE/GCC.
