Auto Mechanic Technician National FEED AND FLOUR Production AND Marketing LLC;

Role

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and diesel-powered vehicles and equipment to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults of diesel engines and diesel-powered vehicles and equipment
• Perform repair and maintenance of vehicles (light & heavy)
• Service fuel injection systems, turbochargers, cooling systems, and exhaust systems
• Inspect engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, and suspension
• Conduct routine servicing such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups
• Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools
• Maintain service records and report major defects to supervisors
• Follow UAE safety regulations and workshop procedures
• Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper performance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in engines, transmissions, breaks, steering, suspension, and other systems.
• Maintain accurate records of services and repairs
• Communicate effectively with other departments or supervisors about repair work needed and performed
• Order parts and manage inventory as needed.
• Notify the supervisors or officers immediately of any defects or recurring issues in the vehicles or parts, that effects the performance or safety of the vehicles.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in automotive technology preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 Years experience as an auto mehcanic or vehicle diesel mechanic
• Strong diagnostic skills, a solid understanding of vehicle systems, and hands-on experience with automotive tools and equipment
• Hands-on experience with diesel systems and be familiar with UAE road, safety, and workshop standards.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive/Diesel Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (UAE or GCC experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagnostic reports
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop conditions
• Basic English communication skills
