Job Type : Temporary (1 Month)

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Civil Multi Technician for a temporary one-month project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of civil maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to required standards.

• Perform civil maintenance, repair, and installation works including masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, and carpentry.
• Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs related to civil work areas.
• Inspect, identify, and report maintenance issues in buildings and facilities.
• Assist in general repair and renovation projects as directed by the supervisor or site engineer.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times during work.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given timeline and maintain work quality standards.
• Coordinate with other technicians and site teams for multi-trade maintenance support.

• Proven experience as a Civil Technician / Multi Technician in UAE.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and material handling.
• Ability to perform multiple trades (masonry, carpentry, tiling, painting, minor plumbing).
• Good physical condition and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Available to join immediately for a one-month temporary contract.
