Security Specialist

• Creating, updating, and enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EDGE group standards and legal regulations.
• Conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential risks and threats.
• Leading the development and execution of emergency response plans for incidents like fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Conducting drills and training sessions.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Providing leadership and mentorship to security staff.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal departments, law enforcement, and other external agencies regarding security matters.

• Typically 5-7 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, General management or a related field is preferred.
• UAE nationality is preferred.

• Developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Managing access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Conducting security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
• Experience with emergency response and crisis management planning.
• Knowledge of local UAE security policies.
• Experience in a corporate or government setting is often highly valued.
