Security Manager

Overview

Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).

• Support the Security Manager in implementing and maintaining security procedures, plans, and controls.
• Supervise daily security operations, including access control, site protection, and movement control.
• Coordinate and monitor security subcontractors and guard services to ensure compliance with approved requirements.
• Assist in managing security incidents, investigations and emergency situations, ensuring proper escalation and reporting.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure security awareness and compliance among project personnel.
• Liaise with site management, HSE and relevant authorities as required.
• Prepare security reports, incident logs, and operational updates.

• University degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Professional security certifications are an advantage.

• Minimum 18 years of experience in security roles within EPC, oil & gas, or large industrial projects.
• Experience in site-based security operations and contractor supervision.
• Previous experience as Deputy Security Manager, Security Supervisor, or Senior Security Coordinator is preferred.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making under pressure.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
