The Sales Engineer – ELV Systems will be responsible for driving business growth in Abu Dhabi and Dubai by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and a proven track record in solution selling within the UAE market

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored ELV system solutions (CCTV, ACS, PA, IPTV, SCS, BMS, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications and budgets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to consultants, contractors, and end users.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ELV system sales in the UAE market.
  • Strong technical understanding of major ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Audio-Visual, and BMS.
  • Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and end users in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Preferred Attributes
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales acumen.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling government or semi-government projects is a plus.
