Account Manager - Oil & Gas

My client a leading IT company is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth within the Oil & Gas sector in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a strong industry network and proven experience selling enterprise IT solutions and managed services into major Oil & Gas organizations.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Oil & Gas clients.
• Leverage existing relationships to identify and close new opportunities.
• Drive full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract closure.
• Position complex IT solutions aligned with client operational and digital transformation objectives.
• Work closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams.
• Manage commercial negotiations, RFPs, and large enterprise bids.
• Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.

• Strong, established relationships within Abu Dhabi’s Oil & Gas ecosystem.
• 7+ years of enterprise IT sales experience.
• Proven experience working within a similar system integrator, managed services provider, or enterprise technology environment.
• Track record of closing mid-to-large value transformation or managed services deals.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas procurement cycles and governance structures.
• Experience engaging senior technical and business stakeholders.
• You MUST already be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate for this position.
