Via Medica in Association with International SOS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UAE while managing and expanding key client accounts. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be selling high-impact solutions in:

• Industrial Medicine
• Events Medical Support
• Training & Consulting
• Assistance Solutions
• Cross-border healthcare solutions

You’ll work across industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, Telecom & Technology, Financial Services, Education, and more.

• Build and convert a strong new business pipeline
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers
• Lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Drive cross-selling and account extensions
• Manage renewals and client retention
• Maximize cross-border collaboration opportunities
• Keep Salesforce updated like a pro
• Deliver results against revenue and profitability targets

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record in new business acquisition
• Experience selling complex service solutions
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Confident presenter with executive presence
• Experience working with multinational clients
• Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
• Willing to travel across the UAE
