** What you will do
** The Sales Engineer – Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to Sales Manager – Controls , UAEBased in Abu Dhabi, the role shall emphasize in bringing in business through AMC contracts, Pull through &, retrofit jobs and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.
** How you will do it**
* ** Compliance**:
Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances
* ** Market Strategy**:
Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies.
* ** Customer Engagement**:
Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio.
* ** Business Development**:
Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling.
* ** Stakeholder Mapping**:
Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base.
* ** Collaboration**:
Work with internal pre-sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions.
* ** Proposal Preparation**:
Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.
** What we look for
*** Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering,
** or relevant experience.
*** 2-5 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems
* ** Track Record**:
Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs
* ** License**:
Valid UAE Driving License.
* Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
* Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.
* Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
