Sales Lead - Laundry

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue generation while ensuring high service standards and effective coordination with internal teams.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors and conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Develop and execute sales plans, generate leads through multiple channels, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and lead the full sales cycle through to closing.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and timely resolution of inquiries or service concerns.
• Coordinate closely with operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare periodic sales and performance reports, monitor key performance indicators, and adjust actions to support target achievement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide structured market feedback to support continuous service and business improvement.
