Parts Consultant Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Performance
- Proactively acquire new B2B customers while achieving assigned sales revenue and Gross Profit (GP) targets.
- Actively sell automotive parts and promote accessory upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track lost sales and pursue incomplete opportunities to improve KPI conversion rates
. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Account Management & Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to build rapport and long‑term partnerships.
- Conduct regular customer follow‑ups and site visits to strengthen relationships and secure ongoing business.
- Lead parts awareness campaigns, promote monthly offers, and ensure product information is effectively communicated to customers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including competitor offerings, to effectively address customer needs.
Operations, Systems & Compliance
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and transactions in Autoline
. - Execute parts sales processes in line with SOPs
, including order processing, inventory coordination, and documentation. - Escalate incidents or issues requiring management attention to the immediate supervisor or Parts Manager.
- Adhere to company policies,
QHSE safety procedures
, quality standards, and professional conduct requirements. - Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with SOPs and audit standards.
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar automotive parts sales or outdoor sales role.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and B2B account management
. - Strong knowledge of automotive parts and the aftermarket environment.
- In‑depth understanding of the local and regional market
. - Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging sales targets
. - Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Results‑oriented with strong ownership, accountability
, and adaptability to change. - Proficient in MS Office
; experience with Autoline or similar DMS is an advantage. - Valid UAE driving license is essential.
