Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to drive life insurance sales.
- Understand client needs and tailor insurance solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new client database and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Grow existing book and maintain existing client portfolios with persistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the UAE insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
