Job DescriptionWe are hiring Sales Executives / Calling Agents to join our growing team. Fresh candidates are welcome. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Follow up with interested leads
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain basic call and sales records
- Fixed salary AED 2,000 during trial period can be revised based on performance evaluation
- Uncapped commission on sales
- Training and growth opportunities
- Friendly and professional work environment
Immediate hiring – immediate joining preferred
Skills Requirements- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in Urdu/Hindi and English
- Basic understanding of sales or calling process (training will be provided)
- Confident, motivated, and target-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
