About the roleAs an Account Executive
, you will be at the forefront of driving Alaan’s growth across the Middle East by proactively sourcing and closing new business opportunities. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline — from prospecting and outreach to product demos and deal closure.
- Identify, source, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound channels such as cold calling, Linked In outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address the prospect’s specific pain points
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and multiple customer personas
- Drive new customer onboarding by working closely with the Customer Success team for a seamless handover
- Take ownership of the customer activation cycle
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in the CRM (Salesforce) system
- 2-3 Years of experience in a lead-generating or outbound B2B sales role, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- A true hunter mindset: motivated by targets, driven by numbers, and proactive in generating opportunities
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and using tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to map solutions to customer needs
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
- A customer-first attitude with a deep desire to solve real business problems
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
