Strategic planning, implementation, introduction, and maximization of sales and distribution of Genuine OEM, independent aftermarket/OES parts program, tyres and batteries. Directing and coordinating business operations of the parts trade and distribution hubs across the UAE. Responsible for driving and achieving the departments financials and profitability targets, improving market share within UAE.
What you will do:Sales Operations:
- Create sales strategy for Al-Futtaim Automotive Trade Counter B2B parts (OEM & OES aftermarket parts, batteries and Tyres)
- To maximise the revenue potential from Al-Futtaim Automotive Trade Counter B2B operations to meet sales performance objectives.
- Manage positive stakeholder relationships.
- Work closely with the aftermarket parts, tyres and battery teams to develop the range and coverage of all parts
- Suggest and identify areas of opportunity
- Focus on driving performance through the trade network
- Participate in a variety of projects, groups and committees.
- Identify projects that will improve and benefit the overall B2B parts business
- Deliver against our people strategy, maintain positive associate engagement.
- Develop and implement long-term sales and operations strategic goals and objectives to meet business and growth objectives
- Maintains a professional service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and Quality Standards
- Ensure services and products offered are to the expected standards and optimize the way these products or services are delivered. Processes are as efficient and effective as possible and deliver the quality their customers expect.
- Set Output KPIs that measure the success, quality and effectiveness of service delivery; specifically, whether agreed SLA standards are being achieved.
- Managing parts sales businesses and network of key accounts
- Automotive Industry knowlege, expertise and experience in Parts Sales business
- Superior leadership skills, work well with the team, ability to work independently with little supervision
- Possess great business acumen to manage the business.
The role reports to the Head of B2B and will be managing Hub Managers and Team Leaders.
What equips you for the role:- Ideally a Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a related field of study
- 10 years in Automotive Industry, with at least 5 years at Senior Management level in parts sales activities.
- Independent parts market experience is a benefit
