SELECTED is partnered with a global leader in office equipment and print solutions, expanding its commercial presence in Abu Dhabi. We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise and SME clients in the UAE.

This is a senior commercial role with full ownership of revenue, pipeline development and team performance. The successful hire will be responsible for growing both new and existing accounts while strengthening long‑term client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy for Abu Dhabi and surrounding markets
  • Drive new business acquisition across corporate and government sectors
  • Manage and grow key client relationships with a consultative, solutions‑led approach
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through structured prospecting and account planning
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high‑value B2B contracts
  • Work closely with service, operations and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Represent the business in key client meetings, tenders and industry events
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within office equipment, print solutions, document management or related technology
  • Strong track record of winning and growing enterprise and government accounts
  • Demonstrated experience managing sales teams and driving performance
  • Deep understanding of the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi
  • Confident communicator with a consultative, relationship‑driven sales style
  • Commercially astute, target‑driven and highly organised
