** About the Role
** We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to join our UAE team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and positioning Carrier as a trusted partner in climate and energy solutions. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Key Account Management
*** Implement the key account strategy and achieve assigned KPIs.
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the UAE market.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
** Prospecting & Lead Generation
*** Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of assigned clients.
* Research and identify potential business opportunities in target sectors.
** Client Outreach & Relationship Building
*** Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Carrier and its services.
* Engage in effective communication to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
** Sales Support & Coordination
*** Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
* Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
** Market Research & Reporting
*** Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
* Provide regular updates to the team on market insights and potential opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and generate reports on KPIs, sales metrics, and pipeline status.
** Role Purpose
** Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with UAE market key accounts. Work to position Carrier as a world leader in climate and energy solutions and services, showcasing Carrier’s capabilities to create value and become the trusted partner for strategic customers, and ultimately, the client’s first choice.
** Minimum Requirements

* Qualification:

*** Engineering graduate (preferably Mechanical)
* MBA is an advantage
** Knowledge:
*** UAE Market & Government Sectors
* HVAC solutions is a plus
*
* Experience:

*** 1–3 years of relevant experience
* Fluent in English and Arabic
* UAE driving license required
* Excellent computer literacy
*
* Skills:

*** Customer-centric approach
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Cross-functional collaboration
* Business development expertise
