IT Staffing Account Manager

Adecco Middle East invites applications for an IT Staffing Account Manager
. This player‑coach role is for an experienced professional who will lead account management, relationship building, and candidate acquisition in a full desk model.

Responsibilities
  • Develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market, and uncover new customer needs.
  • Generate new business through meetings with prospective clients and understand their needs.
  • Farm existing accounts to open doors for new opportunities.
  • Arrange business meetings and promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts and ensure adherence to law‑established and guidelines.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain them.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after‑sales support.
  • Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry‑level staff into valuable salespeople.
Qualifications
  • Minimum5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the manpower outsourcing or HR services industry.
  • In‑depth understanding of contracts and key contractual clauses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
