Sales Business Development Executive

We are a well-established interior design & turnkey fit-out company in the UAE with over 10 years of experience, including in-house carpentry and full execution capabilities.

We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to actively generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close profitable fit-out projects.

• Manage and convert inbound leads from our digital channels (social media, website, email) from initial contact to contract signing on new & old client inquiries.
• Implementing and diligently maintaining a CRM system to ensure every lead and client interaction is tracked and managed systematically.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Qualify leads based on project size, budget, and seriousness.
• Coordinate with design & fit-out teams for proposals.
• Actively follow up to close deals.
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline and weekly updates.
• Support payment follow‑ups (advance & milestones).

• 2–5 years experience in interior design, architecture, luxury fit‑out, or high‑end real‑estate sectors in the UAE (you have a proven, demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets).
• Good understanding of the UAE market.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated and result‑oriented.
• Own car preferred & having UAE driving licence.

• Commission: 2–5% (based on project value)
• Fuel reimbursed for client meetings
• A highly attractive, uncapped commission structure heavily weighted to reward exceeding targets and closing high‑profit projects. On‑Target Earnings (OTE) are expected to be in the range of AED 15,000 – 20,000+ per month.
