- Create tailored solutions balancing reliability, efficiency, and sustainability requirements for critical operations
- Engage as trusted advisor rather than vendor, establishing genuine thought leadership with technical teams
- Manage complex bids and contract negotiations through to successful closure for high‑value projects
- Develop compelling business cases demonstrating operational and financial benefits through sophisticated ROI analysis
- Coordinate solutions across international locations with diverse regulatory and operational requirements
- Proven track record in complex B2B technical solution sales, consistently meeting/exceeding targets (3+ years)
- Experience managing extended sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders across decision levels
- Success building C‑suite and technical decision‑maker relationships in technology environments
- Background in data centers, critical infrastructure, or IT services industries
- Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with clients' long‑term strategic roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of data center power, cooling, and backup systems with tier classifications
