As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive and execute comprehensive sales strategies within your designated area. Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with managerial and departmental executives to deliver top‑notch client servicing, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans meticulously, aiming to surpass predefined targets.
• Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with clients for both transient and group business, ensuring optimal terms for the properties.
• Promote and generate sales leads expanding the brand’s presence and market share.
• Establish and maintain organized files of major accounts.
• Ensure adherence to selling strategies during negotiations and seize opportunities for maximizing upselling whenever possible.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for your segments.
• Monitor industry trends, policies, and regulations providing insights to shape sales strategies.
• Periodically review and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
