A fast-growing, multi‑division business group in Dubai is seeking an experienced
Corporate Sales Executive with a strong background in selling
coffee solutions, meal plans, catering services, vending solutions, or similar F&B offerings to corporate clients across the UAE.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Food & Beverage / Corporate Coffee & Meal Solutions
Experience: 8 to 10 years (Corporate Sales – UAE Market)
The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of corporate sales experience
, a strong network of corporate clients in Dubai
, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients (offices, coworking spaces, venues, large employers) across Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Manage and grow a high‑value portfolio of corporate accounts with a focus on retention and client satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities and develop customized proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate pricing and close long‑term service agreements with key stakeholders.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on corporate F&B solutions:
coffee machines, beverage subscriptions, meal plans, catering, and vending systems
. - Recommend the best‑fit solutions based on client usage, preferences, and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Facilities, Finance, and other decision‑makers.
- Deliver excellent after‑sales support, conduct periodic check‑ins, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new innovations within the corporate F&B sector.
- Share insights to enhance offerings and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to drive strategy and optimize performance.
- 8 to 10 years of corporate sales experience in F&B, coffee solutions, catering, vending, or meal plans
. - Strong UAE corporate client network, preferably in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
