Turning Complex Project Needs into High-Value Sales Solutions
As PROJECT ACCOUNT MANAGER (PAM), you’ll be based on site in Dubai, serving as the lead solutions consultant for some of the region’s largest and most complex construction projects. This is not a desk job—it’s about being present where the work happens, building meaningful relationships, and providing end-to-end support that ensures our customers can deliver safely, efficiently, and with cutting‑edge solutions.
WhatYou’ll do
- Manage assigned large construction jobsites and be a lead point of contact for all matters specific to these jobsites with top‑down oversight from inception to completion.
- Rapidly assimilate technical product knowledge, understand local project specifics, and adapt the approach to different stakeholders and competitive landscapes.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and explain the value‑for‑money proposition.
- Collaborate well with all stakeholders at jobsites and drive key initiatives.
- Conduct seminars, product training, and workshops for customers to raise awareness of new technologies and create understanding of all existing and new Hilti products.
- Troubleshoot problems and challenges faced by contractors.
- Coordinate and collaborate well with internal stakeholders and get things done on time.
- Identify opportunities for growth and suggest action steps to improve business performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Ensure timely coordination with Sold‑to AM to collect account receivables.
- 4 years’ work experience as a Sales Account Manager / Key Account Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree (Civil or Mechanical Engineering) with 2‑3 years of sales experience.
- Experience on oil & gas projects and EPC companies would be a plus.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exposure in handling construction jobsites.
- Good product demonstration skills.
- Good collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, willing to learn, highly energetic, and a “can‑do” attitude.
- Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships.
- Proficiency in handling both technical & commercial tasks.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
