About the RoleCapital
360 Event Experiences, part of the ADNEC Group, is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver high-quality exhibition stand and event solutions.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in exhibitions, client engagement, and solution-based selling. You will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio while ensuring exceptional delivery across exhibition and non-exhibition projects.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events sector.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
- Sell exhibition stand builds and integrated event solutions from concept to contract.
- Develop pricing strategies and customized proposals in coordination with the Commercial Director.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor commercial performance, payment milestones, and contract compliance.
- Support post-event reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Support pricing strategies and go-to-market planning.
- Contribute to brand visibility and commercial positioning of Capital
360.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in the exhibitions or events industry.
- Minimum 1 year in a client-facing commercial or sales role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of the UAE exhibitions and events market.
- Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
