As a growing hospitality group, we are continuously looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for various roles within restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations, and venue management. Position Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for the aggressive acquisition of new business across the Capital Motion portfolio. Your primary mission is to identify, hunt, and close high-value corporate accounts, event planners, and group bookings. You will act as the face of the brand in the Abu Dhabi business community, ensuring our venues are the first choice for corporate entertaining and private functions.

Key Responsibilities
Proactive Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, social, and MICE segments.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, prospecting, client visits, and venue tours.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Participate in sales activations, networking events, and exhibitions as required.
Client Relationship Management
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries professionally, with quick turnaround on proposals.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable venues under Capital Motion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to grow repeat and referral business.
  • Provide accurate information on menus, packages, venue capacities, and policies.
Proposal, Contracting & BEO Preparation
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and event packages based on client requirements.
  • Draft event contracts ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper approvals.
  • Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure they are fully detailed, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate internally with Operations, Culinary, Bar, Finance, and Venue Managers to ensure event details are clearly communicated.
Billing & Financial Coordination
  • Prepare pro forma invoices and final billings for events.
  • Ensure deposits, payments, and financial documentation are completed in line with company policies.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients and finance as needed.
  • Ensure full reconciliation post-event.
Event Support & Coordination
  • Conduct pre-event meetings when required.
  • Be present during key events or high-profile bookings to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide post-event follow-up to gather feedback and promote repeat business.
Reporting & Administration
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client information, sales activities, and event status.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, accounts, packages, and contracts.
  • Support the Sales & Events team with routine administrative tasks.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality, F&B, events, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi and UAE market trends.
  • Experience preparing BEOs and working directly with operations teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proactive mindset and strong sales initiative.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially in BEOs and contracts.
  • Strong organization and ability to multitask.
  • Professional, confident, and results-driven.
  • Team player with collaborative communication style.
