• Inspire and delight customers by delivering a world‑class luxury selling experience, showcasing strong product and brand expertise.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
• Build lasting relationships by developing and maintaining a loyal clientele base.
• Provide expert guidance on product craftsmanship, brand heritage, features, warranties, and the latest trends in the luxury market.
• Ensure an exceptional after‑sales experience, adhering to all repair and return processes and maintaining the highest service standards.

• Minimum of two years' experience of sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry
• Experience in watches or jewellery highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English & Arabic or Russian
