We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Media Manager to spearhead our retail media strategy and drive advertising sales to our suppliers in the grocery industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the grocery market. This role involves collaborating with suppliers to develop effective advertising solutions that enhance product visibility and boost sales across our retail channels.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail media strategy aimed at maximizing advertising opportunities for suppliers in the grocery sector.
- Actively sell advertising space and promotional opportunities to suppliers, showcasing the value and effectiveness of our retail media solutions.
- Manage supplier relationships to understand their advertising needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and merchandising, to create cohesive and effective promotional strategies.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring high ROI for both suppliers and our organization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee budget management related to retail media, ensuring effective resource allocation and tracking of supplier investments.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven role, preferably within the grocery or retail industry.
- Proven track record of successful advertising sales, with a strong understanding of supplier dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- A strategic thinker driven by results and motivated to achieve sales targets.
