Buccellati is a renowned Italian high‑jewellery Maison founded in 1919, admired for its craftsmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand‑engraving technique, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times.

Buccellati has been part of the Global Luxury Group Richemont since September 2019, but the Buccellati family is still present in the Company with top level managerial functions.

Buccellati boutiques are present in the most important cities and in the most prestigious Malls of the world.

Boutique Manager – Mission

As an Ambassador of the Buccellati Maison, you will be responsible for the development and optimisation of the boutique performance and profitability through the management of the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and delivering the best client service and experience. You will contribute to developing a deep understanding and knowledge of the Maison to convey its brand DNA, recognizable craftsmanship and innovation in all its creations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily operation of the boutique (front and back office) to communicate the overall brand message and generate business.
  • Establish, maintain and promote the Buccellati brand image and identity, following the Company’s directives.
  • Ensure maximum sales and profitability of the boutique through merchandise, inventory, expense control and human resources management.
  • Boutique performance & Sales achievement:
    • Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets of the boutique.
    • Meet or exceed the KPI’s set by the Retail Management.
    • Respect the brand’s discount policy.
    • Establish budget, track sales and expenses; maintain budget and related costs within established guidelines.
    • Develop and implement the boutique action plan with the commercial department with a focus on business development.
    • Ensure sales growth and gain market share.
    • Review competition trends, recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives.
  • Management:
    • Set, implement and supervise the Boutique sales strategy.
    • Guarantee implementation and regular monitoring of the Boutique action plan (result driven, monthly review and keep update, monitor and follow up the plan).
    • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk‑through, audits.
    • Together with the Visual Merchandising Team, ensure that the standards on store image are kept according to Company guidelines and coordinate proper training for sales staff.
    • Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, proper attire, grooming and behavior in line with the brand’s guidelines.
    • Grant compliance to operational procedures provided by the Group.
    • Lead by example & team spirit: motivate the team to achieve and maximise the sales target and retail KPIs.
    • Oversee boutique maintenance and handle all customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Customer Relations Management:
    • Treat the customer according to brand standards: ensure outstanding service, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service.
    • Act as a Brand Ambassador at meetings, events (local & international) and other work‑related functions.
    • Build strong customer relationships and enhance loyalty.
    • Acquire a relevant customer database, convert into sales transaction and retain the customer for future transactions.
    • Monitor & execute the Boutique CRM program.
  • Team Management:
    • Hire, lead and advise boutique team regarding projects, tasks and operations.
    • Define and communicate missions and objectives of all team members, establishing priorities and reasonable deadlines.
    • Formulate sales team’s goals and objectives, motivate staff and reinforce engagement.
    • Motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison.
    • Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximise employee morale and productivity.
    • Act as a coach and assist colleagues in operations, sales and training.
