The Stores Operations Leader is responsible for ensuring the eĸciency of the stockroom team, operation and selling area in order to improve and satisfy the customer experience

• Ensure availability of products at all times by replenishing the floor on regular basis, manage the transfers between stores, and follow up on the systems in the store
• Ensure proper issuance of damaged items and validate it against the report sent by the Brand Partner; organize one shot inventory each 6 months to update  with the correct quantity and engage the team in detecting and rectifying the diferences between  and JDE.
• Follow-up and make sure all new items have up to date prices according to the mark up factor file and inform line manager of any mistake.
• Implement new technologies in the stores and ensure proper training and usage of these technologies; communicate with local IT and IT department in France to resolve problems; follow up on IT tickets
• Ensure that the Azadea operating Manual along with policies and procedures related are being properly implemented.
• Maintain the image of the shop according to the Brand Partner’s standards and coordinate maintenance activities with the help of Store Services, organize fixtures for proper use and suggest simplified processes to enhance productivity
• Reply to all quotation requests in a timely manner and reply to all social media inquiries.
• Ensure the application of the safety and security principles of Decathlon according to the security Audit, and train the team members and new joiners on the security principles while designating the evacuation roles to each team member
• Manage and organize the shipment receiving process.
• Organize and improve stockrooms processes ensuring appropriate display of items, eĸciency of storage as well as proper implementation of health and safety standards

• High school or Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in MS Oĸce and Shop/ Stock Management tools
• Fluency in English
• 6 to 7 years of experience in retail industry; preferably 2 years in a managerial role
